The data allows us to offer a fair price and quickly move through the design based on the previous projects we have delivered. Unfortunately, we see some engineering firms start small and add to your ticket. Once you are in the middle of the project, it’s difficult to walk away or find a new company. We want to be transparent and if the end result costs less than the proposal, We are happy to reimburse the difference back to our clients in savings! This allows our clients to confidently start a project having knowledge of steps and costs.

Ruben Has a Better House!
After Ruben’s house burned entirely in a fire incident, he decided to build his new house with a completely new design and structure. Texas Structural Engineers (TSE) was glad to help him with a new set of structural blueprints that were based on his new house plans. Ruben’s house was in a very soft area, he reported that they could feel the old house moving at times! We knew Ruben needed a better foundation, but something that is within his budget, so we used a very pier system to ensure the house will be pretty stable, still managed to keep it within his construction budget.
Ruben was able to complete his project and now he is happily living in the new house with his family. One thing that excited Ruben the most, other than the great new house that he has, is that he received multiple offers from people who wanted to buy his house over 20% higher than the market price, primarily because they were impressed with the foundation system of the house. Ruben mentioned it twice in his follow up conversations. He was happy with our service and has referred us to several clients afterward.
